Where is The Key Knoxville located?

The Key is located in West Knoxville - Just minutes from the Turkey Creek Shopping Plaza and I40. We are located at 10932 Murdock Drive STE 102A Knoxville, TN 37932. Our venue faces Lovell Rd. and is between Symspire and Kaba Fusion.

What types of events can I host at The Key?

The Key is designed for celebrations and gatherings with up to 75 guests. At The Key you can host birthdays, showers, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, workshops, styled shoots, and more. If it’s worth celebrating, it’s welcome here!

What’s included in my rental?

Your rental includes access to our 1,400 sq ft industrial event space. Our event space has 16’ ceilings, (7) 60in round tables, 60 white garden chairs, (2) 8’ rectangle tables, (5) cocktail tables, a moveable bar (perfect for displaying drinks, food, and/or desserts), free wifi, a Bluetooth sound system, and ample onsite parking with easy access for vendors and deliveries. Weekend event dates also include your choice of black or white linens.

Add-on options include: full service event planning, kids table and chairs, balloon decor and backdrops, modern bounce houses, and drink packages (both zero proof & alcohol)

How do I reserve my event date?

To unlock your date and reserve The Key you can click on our book now button found on our home page. It will bring you to our booking calendar. From there you will select your event date and rental time. We require the full rental payment at booking. Your payment is nonrefundable however, in the event of an emergency we will help you to reschedule your event within a year from your original event date.

Who handles setup and cleanup?

To ensure you have a stress-free rental experience, we take care of table and chair set up and breakdown. We also provide a post event clean up and trash service - which means you don’t have to worry about sweeping, mopping, or taking out the trash!. You are solely responsible for disposing of all food and trash in the provided trash cans as well as setting up / removing any decor you or outside vendors have brought in. Please note - your event set up AND clean up time are included in your event rental block.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring in your preferred vendors, or you can choose from our curated list of Key partners who know The Key and will help make your day seamless.

Do you allow alcohol?

Yes — alcohol is permitted. However, it must be served by our licensed & insured bartending team: Drifting Daisy Mobile Bar!

Can I schedule a tour?
